This Martin D-28 guitar is one of the most important Bruce Springsteen guitars to be held by private hands. It was used to record songs on Bruce’s second record, “The Wild, The Innocent. It was his personal guitar kept with him in his dressing rooms and at home. Bruce would use this guitar to write songs for “Born To Run” and “Nebraska” as well. It was purchased from Michael Batlan, Bruce’s guitar technician between 1973 and 1986. A notarized testimonial from Michael Batlan himself including these facts and more will accompany this guitar to its' new home.
